Key Responsibilities
Supervise TAB activities for air and water systems
Perform air balancing, water balancing, and system measurements
Ensure proper calibration and use of testing instruments
Review drawings and coordinate with commissioning engineers
Prepare TAB reports and documentation
Lead site teams and ensure work is completed efficiently
Maintain compliance with project and safety standards
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of TAB experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and balancing procedures
