Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote company services (HVAC, commissioning, TAB, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably in MEP/HVAC industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
